Custom Switch Gallery
Here are some custom switches we at Union Connector have made for our clients:

 A Power Center built for Colorado Convention Center Ballroom:

The enclosure has voltage barriers to segregate feeds from different transformers. Unit contains Boltswitch type fused pullout switches: (1) 400A. and (3) 200A.
Output is (4) sets of cams with snap-back covers recess mounted in the front panel.

 An Outdoor Power Center built for the Staples Center:

The enclosure is a 72” x 72” x 36” NEMA 3R double door cabinet with a fluorescent worklight and cable access doors. Feed to the enclosure is 1200A. 3-phase, 120/208V. that enters the cabinet from below and is distributed to the disconnects by copper busbars.
Unit contains (4) 200A. fused disconnects that feed the outlet panels.

Output is (4) sets of cams with snap-back covers; (2) 60A., 120/208V. Pin & Sleeve, (6) 50A., 125/250 non-NEMA Locking: (9) 20A., 125V. GFCI duplex: (1) 20A., 125V. duplex. Cam outlets are protected by 200A. fuses in the disconnects. The other outlets are protected by branch-rated circuit breakers

 An Outdoor Power Center built for the Staples Center:

The enclosure is a 48” x 48” x 36” NEMA 3R double door cabinet with a fluorescent worklight. Feed to the enclosure is 1200A. 3-phase, 277/480. that enters the cabinet from below. A transformer mounted in the enclosure steps the voltage down to 120/208V and feeds the outlet panel

Unit contains (4) 200A. fused disconnects that feed the outlet panels.
Output is (1) 60A., 120/208V. Pin & Sleeve, (3) 50A., 125/250 non-NEMA Locking: (9) 20A., 125V. GFCI duplex: (1) 20A., 125V. duplex. Outlets are protected by branch-rated circuit breakers.

 A Company Switch built for New Memphis Arena:

Unit contains a 400A. Main; (2) 200A., (6) 20A. branch breakers; (2) 60A. 3-pole contactors, and an analog ammeter with phase selector switch. Output is (2) sets of cams, (2) 60A., 120/208V. Pin & Sleeve.

 A Company Switch built with an 800A. Main, (2) 400A., (1) 60A. branch breakers. Output is (2) sets of busbars, (2) 400A. Posi-Loks and 60A. Pin & Sleeve outlets.

 A Company Switch built for New Memphis Arena.

A 100A Main, (6) 200A., (5) 30A., (6) 20A. branch breakers. Output is (6) sets of cams on angled panels, (5) L5-30 and (2) 20A. duplex convenience outlets on the side of the enclosure.

 A Company Switch built for Homeport Studios, Staten Island.

A 200A. Main breaker, (2) 30A., (2) 20A. branch breakers. Output is dual sets of 3 ft. cam pigtails, (2) L5-30 and (2) 20A. duplex convenience outlets on the side of the enclosure

 A 400A. CSC type Company Switch recessed into a wall. Locking doors are provided over the 400A. breaker control area and the cam outlet panel. Union Connector has the engineering and manufacturing capability to design Company Switches enclosures for special applications such as ballrooms, conference centers and multi-purpose spaces.
